I love the product but not your shipping carrier. I have never had problems with my zip code before. Whatever carrier you used didn't deliver because I didn't provide the +4 digits in addition to my zip code. I was receiving notifications that my order had been delivered when it hadn't. It was in some shipper's storage locker. So Lume sent another package (thank you!) - this time with the +4 zip. Eventually BOTH orders arrived. I wish someone at Lume would have a talk with whoever you contract shipping with. After all, Lume has hired them and they need to be responsible to the company for their poor delivery system.
