Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We ship our packages using UPS Mail Innovations and UPS Worldwide (Mail Innovations may switch to USPS for the last mile and delivery). Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
For domestic orders using Basic Economy Shipping, we ask that you allow 7-14 business days for delivery which does not include weekends or holidays for tracking updates & delivery.
Expedited Shipping offers 2-4 business days and Express Shipping is 2 business days.
*Please note that estimated ship times do not include fulfillment time. We strive to fulfill orders within 1-3 business days, however, this may vary based on order volume, during site-wide sales and holidays.
Shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may experience longer shipping times. Shipments to Canada are handled by Canada post once they reach customs.
- Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel, edit, or make any changes to the order, the items in the order, or the shipping/billing addresses. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order.
- We do not reship or refund orders that have been tracked and marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
- We do not refund or replace orders that have been shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.
- Orders shipped to Canada will be charged a flat shipping fee which covers duties, fees, and taxes. Once your package reaches customs in Canada, it is handled by Canada Post.
- Our Spray Deodorant is currently not available to ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico or US Territories
RETURNS
We allow customers to return eligible Lume products purchased on our website within 60 days of purchase. Refunds can only be issued to either the original payment method or store credit.
We think you’ll love our products as much as we do, however, if despite your best efforts Lume isn't what you'd hoped, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team or visit our Getting Started page to check out our tips for best results!
To submit a return request, please visit our Returns Center. If your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via the email address used at checkout.
Order Number - The order number can be found in your order confirmation email and starts with an S.
Email Address - You'll need to provide the email that was used to place your Lume order.
All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return. If a customer does not use our company-issued return label and return procedure, their return will not be processed and a refund will not be issued. You can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days of our returns department receiving it. We monitor all returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- Refunds do not include the original shipping cost (if applicable).
- Refunds can only be issued back to the same payment method used at the time of purchase or store credit.
- Please make sure to only return the approved item(s) using the pre-paid return label. If any incorrect or non-approved items are shipped back to us, we won't be able to retrieve or return them to you, and no compensation will be provided for those items.
- For orders that include a bundle, you will be refunded the discounted purchase price of the items that are eligible for return.
- International orders shipped outside of the US (which includes orders shipped to Canada) do not qualify for a refund. They may, however, qualify for store credit.
- If your order was placed through Amazon, TikTok, or another retailer, you will need to contact them directly to inquire about their return/refund procedure.
EGIFT CARDS
Lume eGift Cards can be redeemed only for purchases of merchandise at lumedeodorant.com. eGift Cards do not expire. eGift cards cannot be used as a payment method for subscription orders nor can your order include subscription items. eGift Cards can not be used as a payment method on the purchase of an eGift card. Discount/Promo Codes cannot be used to purchase eGift cards. eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be resold, refunded or redeemed for cash or credit (except where required by law). Lume is not responsible for unauthorized use of eGift Cards.
