A separate loyalty account is not required to participate in Lume Rewards. Lume Rewards is a part of your Lume account. By participating in the Lume Rewards program, you agree to our Terms of Service.

Think of Lume Points as your reward currency. Earn points through purchases on lumedeodorant.com, referrals, and more (see the Earn Points section for all available options). You can then redeem them on lumedeodorant.com for discounts and other great perks.
You can redeem your points on the Loyalty Page, where a discount will be automatically applied. You can then use your discount at checkout or on your next subscription order.

Points can only be redeemed in increments of 500, 1000, or 2000 points per purchase. You may use a maximum of 2000 points for a single transaction. Discounts do not apply to shipping and taxes.
Approved: These points are confirmed–you can redeem them for rewards right away. Pending: These points are still being verified, typically through purchases and referrals. Give it a little time and they’ll be available for use. Canceled: These points won't be added to your account. This happens if you cancel an order (points go from pending to canceled).
You will earn points for purchases made within the last month, even if you joined the Lume Rewards program after making those purchases.
Earn 500 Lume Points after placing your 3rd order as a Lume Rewards member. The bonus does not apply to orders placed prior to becoming a Lume Rewards member.
Any pending points from that referral will be canceled and disappear from your account.
This might happen if you or someone you referred canceled or returned a purchase.

Simply log into your account and your current points balance will be displayed on your profile dashboard.
Yes, your points balance will expire 12 months from your last purchase.
Absolutely! Active subscribers will automatically be promoted to Gold Tier status and earn 10 points for every dollar spent along with exclusive discounts, rewards, and early access to new products.
Yes, your tier is based on either your spending or your subscription status. Tiers are reevaluated every 12 months, and depending on how much you have spent, your tier will change.
You will then be assigned to a tier based on your current spending, which could result in moving down a tier.
Contact our Support Team, and we'll remove you from the Lume Rewards program.
Easy peasy! Simply contact us, and we’ll get you re-enrolled. Your Lume Point balance will resume where you left off, but you won’t earn points for purchases or activities made during the time you were removed. If you were removed for more than 12 months, any unused points may have expired.
