We ship our packages using USPS First Class postage and you should receive your package in 3-5 business days. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package to your door. We ship to Canada for an additional fee. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands at this time.
If your tracking number indicates your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. We do not reship orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.
Please double check that the shipping address you entered is correct. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice you have entered your address incorrectly, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to get it changed within our system before it ships, but cannot guarantee this.
Orders shipped to Canada that exceed $20 USD may be subject to import duties, fees, taxes, and additional charges. The recipient may be required to pay applicable fees in order for the package to clear customs. Once your package reaches customs in Canada, it is handled by Canada Post.
Lume has been clinically proven to provide 72 hours of odor control after just 4 days of use for 100% of users in our clinical trial. If you are finding you are not satisfied after 4 days of use, it is most likely manmade fibers in clothing that are minimizing your “odor free interval”. Please check out Getting Started on our website for the best tips for application and prepping your clothes. This is your first step to troubleshooting with Lume.
